Needed new tires for my new to me 2017 motor home. Stopped at Pomp’s to see Jeff and he quoted and ordered 6 new Michelin tires for my leisure van. Dropped the van off at the schueled time and also had them do an oil change. Called me when done and I picked it up. A few days later we were leaving for a short trip and I noticed a vibration in the front end. This was a Sunday so I stopped there the following Monday morning. Logan took charge of making the situation right and Jeff followed up. The whole crew went out of their way to make sure all was corrected and I was on my way. Job well done by Jeff, Logan and the crew at Pomp’s. Chuck

Thanks for the prompt service! I needed an alignment on my Denali, and I called this shop. They got me scheduled right away. The prices were great, and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend them for anyone needing an alignment or other automotive service.

I have not been to this shop, but I am going to make a complaint against one of their drivers. 4/20 almost 9pm. It was almost dark, but I could see the name on the side of the truck when he past me. I was already going 73 in a 70 zone and he past me like I was standing still. Never slowed for the small towns, sun river etc, just sped right through them. Have some courtesy for these small towns. People live on those streets. No hurry is worth hurting someone over. Slow down. Puts a bad image of your company. I will not recommend in the future.

A GetRDone tire shop! Fast friendly courteous service. Only improvement I would appreciate is an over nite key drop box.
